These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Nuv Transport Ltd Inc. ("Nuv Transport Ltd," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our logistics services, website, and related services.
By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.

All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. Quotations are subject to change based on accuracy of information provided and market conditions.
A binding agreement is created upon our issuance of a booking confirmation or shipping document. You agree to provide accurate and complete shipment information.
As a client, you agree to:
Rates are subject to applicable surcharges, duties, taxes, and fees. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month. We retain a lien on goods for unpaid charges.
Nuv Transport Ltd's liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of: declared value, actual value, $50 USD per package, or freight charges paid. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages. Force majeure events excuse performance obligations.
Claims must be submitted in writing: visible damage noted at delivery, concealed damage within 5 business days, loss within 30 days of scheduled delivery, other claims within 90 days of shipment date.
Carrier liability is limited. We strongly recommend maintaining adequate cargo insurance. Unless you have purchased insurance through us and received written confirmation, you assume risk of loss exceeding carrier limits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
